Instructions to Configure Email on Outlook

 

 

  1. On standard tool bar go to Tools
     then to E-mail Accounts.

     

 

  1. Select "Add a new e-mail account"
    Then the "Next" Button




 

 

  1. Select "Pop3"
    Then the "Next" Button

     

 

  1. Fill in
        Your Name:
        E-mail Address:
        Incoming mail-server (pop3):
        Outgoing mail-server (SMTP):
        User Name: (Important - user name must be youremail @ yourdomain.com)
        Password:

            Then select the "More Settings" button

 

 

 

  1. On the "General Tab"
    Enter the name by which you would like to refer to this account in your outlook


 

 

  1. On the "Outgoing Server" Tab
    Check "My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication
        Select - "Use same settings as my incoming mail server"

            Then hit the "OK" button




 

 

 

 

 

  1. Then the "Next" Button

     



 

 

  1. Then the "Finish" Button
     



 

 

  1. Click Finish.

 

 

 

 

 

 

10.  Hit the "Send/Receive" Button
        to check the account and see if it is set up properly
