two modules equal a level.
Each level is taught in a 4 hour training course for $175.00
plus the cost of the Training Manual $22.50 (optional)
Level 1
Module 1 Getting
Started - This course covers getting started with Peachtree. The student will
learn about creating a new company, working with multiple companies, how to navigate in
Peachtree and use the basic functions, i.e. recurring transactions and memorized
transactions. Also how to enter beginning balances for accounts receivable and accounts
payable and the General Ledger.
Module 2 Entering
Data This course covers the General Ledger, how to set up, General
Journal, Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable. The student will learn about setting
up customer and vendor default information, setting up sales tax information, adding
customers and vendors. Also covered is the account reconciliation features,

Module 3 Payroll &
Inventory This course covers payroll and inventory. Student will learn how
to enter new employees, working with Payroll Reports, and learn how to enter payroll. Also
covers inventory, how to set up inventory, maintain and do inventory reports. Also covered
is job costing & Time & Billing.
Module 4 Company
Administration This course
covers using data, preparing reports,
preparing financial statements, preparing forma, and business analysis. Student will learn
the basics for producing the statements for a company and maintaining reports for
administrative purposes.
